☐ About 12:45: leave
☐ On the drive: call to set up the eye exam
☐ About 3 PM: Pier 60. Todoist pops up when you arrive. Your own bike out, owner's name and number at the Sky Rink, bike on the truck, strap and lock it.
☐ Out of the city, park outdoors in Newark, DoubleTree check-in (free cancellation until 6 PM)
☐ 5:55 PM: your call. Hard stop, you tell her in the session.
☐ 6:45 PM: Colin. Locked in. Waiting on his address.
Timing note: if Colin is in Manhattan, Newark first and back by 6:45 is tight. If it is tight, take the call in the city and do Newark after Colin.
